We hope that relaxation and taking a breath of fresh crisp clean mountain air are the only things on your mind when you visit and to ensure that you feel safe and secure whilst you stay with us, we have elaborated some of the safety measures and other policy changes that have been put into place across our Hotel &Villas.
These measures have been adopted after closely monitoring the guidance issued by the Government and World Health Organization and cover our valued guests, our team members, and suppliers.

Providing a safe and clean environment for our guests and employees has always been our topmost priority. During this time, we shall be adopting a series of new cleaning protocols to enhance our battle against COVID19.
Procedures have been established to provide for regular deep cleaning and sanitization of surfaces throughout the hotel at regular intervals whilst paying more attention to areas with increased guest contact.
Our rooms will be thoroughly sanitized before every check-in and linen used will be washed at suitable temperatures for optimal disinfection.
Our Villas will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every use, and all linen will be washed as per process. The necessary cleaning agents will be stocked for guest use during their stay with us and additional help will be provided as nominal charges which can be confirmed with the Reservations Department or Front Desk if required.
We are constantly reviewing the advice given by the Government and where deemed necessary; our team will be wearing protective wear, including face masks, visors and gloves.
Temperature checks will be administered for guests, team members and suppliers where legally permitted or required.
A safety management team has been established to ensure that all necessary precautions are taken prior to opening and to enforce regular training on these protocols to reinforce their importance.
Bookings can be made directly with the Hotel through email or on the telephone as well as through online channels like our website. For booking confirmation a Cash/Card or bank-transfer deposit of only 50% of the entire booking amount as quoted is required at the time of making the reservation. Remaining 50% needs to be deposit/paid 07 days prior to arrival.

We understand that our guests value the flexibility provided and assure that our team will do their best to ensure that your experience is easy and seamless. All new reservations post June 15th, for arrival on or before December 20th, 2020, can be rescheduled or cancelled without any charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings made on advance purchase packages can also be rescheduled subject to availability at no additional charges. Guests booking thru third party and online travel agents are required to clarify the terms and conditions with the service provider before making a booking.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
In an effort to ensure minimal interaction and accommodate for social distancing measures all guests who book directly with us will asked to complete their pre-registration procedures prior to arrival.
Our team members have been trained to identify the symptoms of COVID19 Temperature reading will be taken on arrival and upon identification of any symptoms Guests may be asked to remain in a separate room till a further decision is made. All keys will be sanitized, and our welcome letters will share detailed information for each Hotel &Villa about the facilities available and applicable protocols.
Express check-out and contactless payment facilities are also available.
Our team will always be available to address any concerns or answer any questions.
All our restaurant floor plans have been reconfigured to accommodate for the social distancing guidelines. All high contact areas including our kitchens will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected post each seating and at regular intervals and ordering protocols will be changed to ensure contact less interaction.
All buffet dining will no longer be available, and guests will be offered a-la-carte options for breakfast at staggered intervals or the option for in-room dining. These details will be elaborated on arrival and the team is happy to answer any specific questions in advance if queries are mailed in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We shall follow the applicable guidelines and where applicable all team members will wear protective masks, visorsand gloves.
Our Spa in Landour will continue to remain closed and further details of opening dates will be updated as soon as we receive clear guidelines.
All outdoor activities and packages including outdoor activities will be discontinued till each activity is evaluated to ensure that revised safety and hygiene protocols are established. Further information will be updated as soon as these guidelines and protocols are complete.
