Note: The menu for the barbeque is a set menu. The Bothwell Bank Cottage has limited outdoor space and hence the barbeque dinner will be prepared at the Manor but served at your cottage.

Terms and Conditions

Valid for dates of stay from 1^st November 2023 - 29^th February 2024. Not valid for dates of stay between 22^nd December 2023 and 02^nd January 2024, and on long weekends.

Bookings for spa therapies must be made in advance to ensure availability. Please note that spa facilities are not applicable for pregnant women and guests below 18 years of age.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by you 15 days before arrival – Full refund.
• Cancellation by you 08 – 14 days before arrival – 50% refund.
• Cancellation by you 0 – 07 days before arrival – No refund.
• Amendments to bookings made for dates of stay / reduction in the number of people will be subject to availability of rooms and cancellation policy of the Hotel.
