• Valid from 2^nd January - 31^st March 2025. Not valid on Public Holidays and long weekends.
• Prices are per room or per villa as per the standard occupancy and are excluding GST. Additional guests will be charged extra.
• Bookings for dinner and other package inclusions must be made in advance to ensure availability. Rokeby Manor & Villas are not responsible to ensure availability for last minute bookings.
• Please inform us of any allergies and dietary requirements at the time of booking.
• * Spa therapies are not included in the package and are at an additional charge. Please note that spa facilities are not applicable for pregnant women and guests below 18 years of age.
• Terms and conditions for the Jaberkhet Trek hike will be provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation by you 21 days before arrival – full refund.
• Cancellation by you 0 – 20 days before arrival – no refund.
• Amendments to bookings made for dates of stay / reduction in the number of people will be subject to availability of rooms and cancellation policy of the Hotel.
